My Name Will Be a Myth is the next single taken from album Radio Love, and will be released on Friday July 29th.
Another fine example of Player Piano’s unique blend of piano and indie rock; The Sunday Times likened it to Arcade Fire.
Player Piano also played another fantastic set at Old Blue Last on Saturday evening, co-headlining with The Pictish Trail. Another audience left wowed by the closing surprise virtuoso saxophone solo!
Clash Magazine have premiered the outstanding video for Kings & Queens, making it their track of the day. It’s fair to say they like it:

Rooted in that chugging, Talking Heads style bass, the choppy guitars and laid back rhythm recall Metronomy’s more direct moments. The whole package, though, sounds utterly Player Piano.

Louder Than War announced the release of Radio Love with a stream of the album’s lead track, calling it ‘insanely groovy’.
This opening single sets the bar incredibly high, with a hook laden chorus and an incessant groove it’s one of those tracks that sticks. Louder Than War
